King of Eden gets Lost in Paradise.

This is a post about the 2 Higashi no Eden movies since I finally saw the first one and as you all know I saw the 2nd one in Japan. I figured some friends/readers might want to know what happens in case they didn’t understand the Japanese raw etc. Remember this will contain spoilers so read at your own risk.

Well since apparently JP’s 2008 post was popular I figured we should do one for 2009. Obviously this is mostly opinion based (at least from my stand point) but this year I think it’s better than both of us contribute to the 2009 year in review.

So what next week is the last episode right??? As I had predicted, a bunch of crazies want to blow up Japan and start from a clean slate and be messiahs. What are you, Stalin? Poor Akira has to save everyone. ;_; Wah I hope we get a happy ending >_< I don’t want him dying T_T; Also what the hell is with the nice boat of naked neets?

So while Akira is trying to save the world with his cell phone, everyone else is trying to destroy it or use it for their own pleasure. Sigh, what a shitty organizartion the Selecaos (wtf JP told me it’s spelled like that @@) are.

It looks like the clues and pieces of Akira’s past are slowly starting to surface. He meets one of the hikki’s who he piled up together years before to help him fix his broken cell phone.  In the meantime Oosugi out of jealousy wants to find more information on Akira and instead he finds that Akira has had multiple names and had committed multiple crimes. He thinks Saki is in danger, but well she technically isn’t since Akira doesn’t remember much except the hikkikomori incident at this point. Oh well I really hope nothing happens to him ;_; Oosugi is really annoying lol.

My favorite part of the episode where at the end Saki asks Akira “Why did you ask me to come with you that time?” And he goes “do you want to know ?” AND THEN HE DOESN’T ANSWER NUWOOOOOOO AKIRAAAAA SAKIIIII And then he picks out an outfit for her so cute X3333333333333333333333!!!!!!!!!! Ok I’m done fangirling ;D In other news “eden of the east is for NEETS” Apparently Akira wanted to give people a “paradise” and “eden” so to speak to not have to worry about the pressures of Japanese society and having to be forced to bow down to obnoxious assholes. I love you Akira~ you are a messiah to Japan. I feel sorry for the poor guy trapped in that evil whore’s apartment though. I hope someone can save him before it’s too late
