Somehow I think this is unlikely.
So one day Shinjo Mayu decided “what if I just draw a manga like I usually do but then I claim all my men are actually women, and then throw in a girl whos really a trap! WIN!” So this manga was created. Literally it’s like all her other series but the girly character is now a shota trap while the…MANLY MAN actually is a woman. It’s hilarious because until you see that she’s wearing a bra under that suit, no matter how I look at it – man. As Shin said it to me on google talk “I can’t tell who has a vag00″

As you would expect Mizuki goes through the whole “oh no I’m too manly, what if he likes me because I look like a man, why is my sister actually looking like a female, my childhood friend is manlier so I don’t get mistaken for a guy when I’m with him..” plotline and Akira goes through the usual wanting to be raeped by every guy at his all boys school because he…looks like a trap I mean no matter how I read it, it looked only like BL to me until the chapters where they went to hot springs or Mizuki had to actually dress femininely…then it just looked like an older woman hitting on a shota trap – even though they are the same age – and it was another one of those we met in our childhood so I feel in love with you stories. It’s kinda jarring at first but I found it to be kinda cute! xDD
There’s a sequel I began reading called Ai! Ore but only 6 chapters seem to have been released and I don’t know if I want to bother sticking around to wait for the rest to come out. At this point it feels like she’s just forcing plotline by introducing stupid “problems” and new characters from “the past” just to get some story going. The smut is actually pretty minimal compared to her usual works so for a “change of scenery” I think I would recommend it. It was definitely a page turner for me 
Haha.. This sounds like something me and my friends would read. Maybe I should seek it out…

Ai Ore is the sequel – i only read 6 chapters of it. I don’t think there was any smut in the first 6 chapters..there was a little bit in the original one though xD
Wasn’t there an episode of Slayers Next like that?
