This is probably the last series I’ll be reading from onemanga before it goes down this week.
I only checked out this series because it was completed and by the maker of Umisho, an anime I thought was funny. However, the manga was kinda disappointing. First off the art is hideous. I mean everyone looks incredibly fat and ugly (see image above.) The guy is such a loser he acts like he has no interest in anyone but his college mate but then he goes fapping to a high school girl’s swimsuit and gym uniform 
The whole virginity gig is stupid too because all it was is Ozu jumping and smacking his nose into the shovel that loli Yuki had in her hand and then landing face first into her crotch. Hurr. Now that you know this, there’s no reason for you to read the manga. There’s hardly any romantic development between these two even though it’s really obvious that they should get together (what kind of love comedy is this.) Sometimes the art was so weird and the characters were so out of it that I had no idea wtf was even going on.
I think the art in Umisho might have improved but now with one manga going down and I think the manga is still not complete, I’m not gonna even bother reading it. This should just be called a panty manga since there’s a ton of panty shots but like I said the art is so horrible I don’t think the “fanservice” image is portrayed in my mind lol. Also, meh, sports mangas are boring unless you play the said sport.
I really like Ookiku Furikabutte manga even though I never played baseball in my entire life…

Wot ?! Maybe its not exactly masterpiece-spread-you-print-and-hang-on-the-wall level, but its still done in unique style, and chara designs really appeal to me in mysterious ways. This title would be worthless, if not for the very likeable art. Sure, its not yaoi stick-men designs you love so much, but hey, variety is good for you !
I’ve read a lot of fugly manga before (including fugly shoujo manga – big lips broad shoulders – kaikan phrase) but I mean like there’s just no redeeming qualities about this manga.
1. i dont like the art.
2. the ending is not conclusive or satisfying, a lot of loose neds.
3. the characters have no unique personalities, to the point where they all just blend into one for me except maybe Yuki.
4. if you’re gonna draw panties every other page, and your art is fugly, that makes the fanservice worthless.
i thought i specified that in my post. so no its not just “i dont like the art” its more of a “if all else fails, art better be good as a last resort” kind of deal
there is one redeeming quality….he wants to jump……..her!

Jojo and Baki (and Kaiji) are ugly, but they have character! Ugly fanservice manga is just so YOUR DOIN’ IT RONG.
