What’s with the smut hate gaiz?

Both Onemanga and Mangafox have taken down all their “adult” manga (because Google was bawwwing about it). Adult doesn’t always mean money shot screwing scenes but I guess any manga where we may see a nipple or implied sekkusu it’s marked as adult. Point is, now I’m scrounging the web trying to finish reading Kaikan Phrase while all this is happening and any future plans I had of reading smutty shoujo manga have been thrown out the window.

Really guys, I am disappoint. :(

  7. I always go to mangaupdates and go straight to the source and download chapters from scanlator’s site. The thing is – its way harder to get smutty shojou than for example hardcore eromanga. In most cases for shoujou translating groups you have to register on forum and post some shit to get access to download section when all eroscanlators just put their work on some filesharing sites…

It could be the fact that lately, there’s a concerted effort by the media in various(english speaking) countries to ban images of high school girls(overdeveloped or not) shown in a sexual way and it’s no surprise which country they’ve gone after 1st and said government of that country have finally realized that whilst they don’t care about allowing animators to get away with pedo cartoons when they can take taxes from it, that they didn’t realize that there is a whole world that exists outside japan(period) that scorns this stuff and they do care about the shame that comes with being associated with the minority of people in said country that likes it and gets scorned by its own society. They don’t like shame people, death before shame.OH THE SHAMMMMMMEEE.

  12. @karry: IRC and bittorrent are blocked in my uni so I have to “resort” to online manga.

    At home I leech #lurk until it begs me stop, but then I keep on going and going…..but I digress.

    Google is the new Microsoft (in terms of hatred).

  22. Hey Hinano, this is unrelated but, are you going to follow the anime Togainu no Chi? It’s based on a BL game, but the director seems pretty ambitious, as he mentioned that he wants to make it a show that “people who would normally stay away from BL would watch anyway”. So would this finally mean minimal yaoi lulz? Who knows. :D

  23. I’ve not been paying attention at what shows are airing in the summer (?) but I could check it out. If it’s funny like Gravitation or Junjou Romantica I guess I”m in!

  24. I just found out that a few of my mangas that i was reading has been taken down from manga fox. Noooooooooo i was only a bit ecchi.

  25. I knooooooow I was sooo pissed. Where would I now get my yaoi fix?
    Incidentally, I saw that animea had most of the adult series from mangafox. It loads somewhat slower for me, but better than nothing I guess.
