Good end GET! But the show didn’t go out without a bang 
I mean what kind of ending does a ridiculous show like this need? A ridiculous end of course. This involved a bunch of helicopters blowing up a bunch of expensive cars, then Kajika jumping out of a helicopter and then Li Ren ripping his shirt followed by flashbacks and a big hug.
Also harem end. Ok maybe not.
Kajika & Li Ren end up back at the Gibraltar island. I mean the show never even explained why the hell they were on an island as kids in the first place. They were just THERE. Like yea I know plenty of people who spent their childhood on a solitary island with nothing but their best friends leopards to sleep on at night. Haha anyway yea it was definitely a fun ride. I guess most of the show’s awesomeness was in an ironic way but it was definitely enjoyable to watch regardless. ヾ(●ﾟ∀ﾟ●)ﾉ アハハッ お疲れ♪(人´ω｀*).｡*ﾟ+.*.｡
JP’s Thoughts: Man, this show was SO 1987. Everything dripped with that whole “Mwahaha now Japan is about to take over THE WORLD!” vibe. That’s in addition to all the character designs and whatnot (the shoulder pads!) All in all, this is quite possibly the show that I liked the most out of all the shows that I’ve seen that I’m both not supposed to like, and that I like for all the wrong reasons. The 80′s vibe is a big part of this, combined with the inept direction and melodrama that usually degenerates into camp. I mean, would you honestly believe me if I told you that the ending involves a bunch of Harriers blowing up luxury cars for no good reason until Kajika jumps out of a helicopter, Li-Ren rips off his shirt, and they run in slow motion?
In conclusion, any show which lends itself to a drinking game is simultaneously as awesome as it is terrible. Going back over all the old posts on the show, I just could not stop laughing again at this show. Not with. At.
Actually, they did explain it. After Kajika’s mom got killed, Harry wanted to keep his daughter safe, so he hid her in those island….
And Li Ren was there, because Harry wanted him to accompany Kajika as childhood friend (husband candidate)……
ooh yea I did catch the part about Li Ren being the main husband candidate but I must have missed/forgotten about the island part. Thanks for the reminder!
I still think its weird to think that she would be safe on some abandoned island. I mean what if instead of being her best buddy Mustafa ended up having her as a snack?
