Before there was animu jpop music for me, there was Michael Jackson. I still to this day listen to his music and well I really don’t care about all the bad PR he got over the years. All the stupid immature kiddies keep going “pedo pedo” when it’s obvious that any accusations made towards him were just greedy assholes who wanted to suck any remaining cash from the king of pop.     Yeah, I heard about this in my hostel this morning. I agree, the legal cases were such media hyperbullshit. Apparently it might’ve been suicide.

    Sad that he died. I heard someone on TV, I think Regis Philbin, say “I thought he’d be around forever,” and I realized so did I.

    I’m not a die hard fan, but I have about 15 songs as staples on my MP3 player. And about a dozen more for random moods.

  7. The man had pipes and will be a legend for all of time. I never thought he go so soon and here I am sad and disappointed he had to leave us so early. You can finally get some rest Michael, you’ve done a hell of job and your music will never be forgotten.

  8. I kinda stopped caring after he was past his prime. His music is still great as always though.

    But it was tough to care about anything else after that, whether it’s the lawsuits or his death.

  14. Michael Jackson was an incredible performer and an amazing, but misunderstood, talent. His music has been important to me and many others.

  15. Many find this hard to believe but as much as I hate pop I loved Michael. He put on show when you went to see him live. And his music videos were incredible, they had almost every celebrity in it. I still find it hard to believe that he died. But he will be loved and remembered.
