I was kinda sad with Nagato dying or whatevers and Konan giving Naruto flowers was kinda nice. It was kinda lame though that in every Naruto arc ever, it ends up with Naruto using his shounen hero logic to “talk the bad guys out of being bad.” I think Saucy is the only one this logic hasn’t worked on….yet.

Naruto’s “I’m a shounen hero, time to convert you” speech actually made some sense here, similar to Gaara, in that Nagato is “evil Naruto” in the way Gaara used to be, but on the other hand since Naruto didn’t actually, you know, show any proof that his way was better or going to work, I don’t see why Nagato changed his mind other than Deathbead Conversion. It kinda killed the whole “now more serious” tone of the past few arcs though, since no one stayed dead and Naruto never had to make any hard decisions. Back to the one or two people tragically die, and they were the bad guys anyway theme.
Another thing to note is that Naruto still hasn’t killed anyone. Even CHOJI killed someone like, 3 years ago!

Poor Konoha, it never gets a break. It was kind of lame how everyone came back to life, when a character dies, its more impactful (?) if they stay dead.
