First of all Happy New Year! I spent it playing Pangya and leveling like a maniac. 
But that aside, since the winter anime season is always crap, let’s look to see what dramas we have in store. Actually I’m probably only going to list the ones I have any remote interest in since I try to avoid medical dramas and anything from NHK like the plague. Hopefully we’ll have something as awesome as Innocent Love. Let’s take a look:
メイちゃんの執事(Mei-chan’s Butler) – Airs January 13th. Mizushima Hiro stars in a drama about a girl who finds the “butler of her dreams.” If this is as funny as Fujoshi Deka, I’m in.
神の雫(Kami no Shizuku) – Starring Kame from KAT-TUN is probably the only thing that’s going to attract viewers to watching this drama about a guy who must take over his father’s wine business. I may check out episode 1 out of morbid curiosity but I can’t see myself continuing to watch it.
ありふれた奇跡(Unsurprising Miracle) – I don’t know but perhaps this could be the Innocent Love replacement of the season? Who knows. It stars Nakama Yukie (famous as the sensei from Gokusen).
Love Shuffle - Starring Tamaki Hiroshi. A drama about a bunch of young IT people trading partners to see if the one they’re forced to be with is the one for them or something. Oh well love comedy dramas are always fun, will definitely check out.
The other stuff is too srs business or too much murder mystery-ish that I don’t really care to watch. Hopefully I can pick up at least ONE drama to follow weekly.

it’s been a while since i saw a worthwhile drama. i’ll probably just check out love shuffle because of hiroshi tamaki. if it’s good, i hope someone picks it up for subbing.

Actually Mei-chan’s Butler is on my list of dramas to watch other than Voice.
Kami no Shizuku in spite of Kame’s horrendous hairstyle, I’ll probably watch.. wonder if it’s anything like Bambino or My Little Chef..
Although other dramas I want to check out are these: Triangle, Fukano Hanzai Sosakan, Arifureta Kiseki, Love Shuffle, Uta no Onii-san

I want to watch the butler one, and Love Shuffle. I also might want to watch the comedy with Ohno in it, but maybe.
And Voice! Voice. I usually always try to watch the dramas with Toma in it, even though it doesn’t seem interesting, and even though I don’t really like medical dramas.

I think the replacement for “Innocent Love” will be “Akai Ito”. It started in December and so far only 3 episodes have been aired. The 4th episode is on January 10th.
I’ve been watching it and I really like it. If you get a chance to watch it, post your impressions on the blog please!

Is Kami no Shizuku a manga? I don’t know, the premise isn’t what is going to attract the crowd, it’s gonna be Kamenashi Kazuya lol.
I’m passing on the Uta no Oniisan because after “yoiko no mikata”I can’t deal with dramas featuring lolis and shotas anymore

Kami no Shizuku is a manga… I saw the manga at Kino and it had Kame’s look for the drama and I was like… ewww.. that’s my opinion tho.. have to see the drama to see if he is even good with that look.

Seriously? But Akai Ito isn’t supposed to be longer than 11 episodes. O_o there’s a movie too, containing the drama plot in the middle episodes.
